Tokenization becomes easier to understand when every project has a clear perimeter. The property and its legal entity establish the real-world context; the project record then connects the relevant documents, offering settings, treasury, token, and distribution process.
That boundary matters operationally. A future hospitality project should not inherit Carara One’s supply, pricing, eligibility, or revenue history. Each project needs terms and records that stand on their own.
Shared platform, separate project records
Portfolio Token is designed as shared infrastructure rather than a single-property wrapper. Common controls can support project creation and reporting, while each property retains its own project token and economic history.
This separation also makes the investor experience clearer: project distributions belong to a specific property record, while PORTFOLIO rewards belong to the platform layer.
What to look for before participating
A project page should make the legal entity, final offering documents, token address, accepted payment assets, transfer restrictions, treasury, and distribution rules easy to verify. If those details are not published, participation should not be presented as open.
